Sebastian Nyström, VP of Qt Software Sebastian Nyström is responsible for overseeing Qt Software's strategic direction and day-to-day operations. Prior to his role with Qt Software, Sebastian was the Director of Technology Strategy at Nokia. Sebastian joined Nokia in 2003 from McKinsey & Company, a management consultancy, where he was leading strategy projects. Sebastian holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Helsinki University of Technology. |

Benoit Schillings, Chief Technologist Benoit joined Qt Software (originally Trolltech) in October 2005 serving as Chief Technologist responsible for leveraging Qt Software's existing technologies and services in addition to strengthening the company's ability to bring new technologies quickly to market. Mr. Schillings was a principal contributor to the launch of Be Incorporated, where he designed, developed and implemented the technically acclaimed BeOS. More recently, Schillings came to Trolltech from his position as CTO at Openwave Systems where he was responsible for the structure, design and operation of Openwave Phone Suite Version 7. In 2003, he was named Distinguished Engineer for his influential work in the conception of "top to bottom" integrated software for mass-market phones. Benoit attend UCL in Belgium and has a B.S in Computer Science. When not on a plane, Benoit enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and working on robotic telescopes. |

Lars Knoll, Director of Engineering Lars Knoll joined Qt Software (originally Trolltech) in July 2000. He is responsible for Qt Software's engineering organization with engineering teams in Oslo, Berlin and Brisbane. Lars has had different roles in Qt Software's engineering organization, working his way up from software engineer to leading the engineering team in Oslo as Director before taking over the role as VP of Engineering within Trolltech. Lars has been an active member of the KDE community and the architect behind KDE's html rendering engine KHTML. KHTML has later been taken by Apple and used as foundation for their browser Safari and the WebKit open source project. Lars holds a PhD in physics from the University of Heidelberg. A German national, he lives with his family in Oslo. |

Daniel Kihlberg Pallejà, Director of Worldwide Marketing Daniel joined Qt Software (originally Trolltech) in January 2008. Daniel brings more than 15 years of global marketing and product management experience from several industries to Qt Software. Daniel started his career at the Swedish Foreign Office before moving on to marketing products under brands such as Siemens, Ericsson, AEG, Electrolux, GN Netcom and Jabra. At Siemens Mobile Devices he played a key role in defining SL45, the world’s first mobile phone with mp3-player, as well as building the Siemens brand as VP of Global Marketing Communications. Daniel is a Tele-technique engineer and an intelligence officer in the Swedish army reserve. He has a M.Sc. in Business Administration and International Economics from Linköping University enriched with executive education from the Harvard Business School and the Wharton school in the U.S.A. Daniel speaks six languages. Daniel enjoys outdoor activities in his spare time. |

Tom Miller, Director of Worldwide Sales Tom joined the Qt Software group in Nokia (formerly Trolltech) in December 2006. Tom is responsible for the Qt Software sales organization worldwide. With 23 years of sales and business development experience ranging from database software to mobile device technology, Tom emphasizes his team's focus on ensuring customers enjoy the full benefit of Qt Software for building the most powerful applications, and creating devices with the highest quality user experience. He currently lives with his family near Santa Cruz, California. Tom has an A.B. in Biochemistry from the University of California, Berkeley. |

Dr. Karsten Homann, Director of Professional Services Dr. Karsten Homann joined Qt Software (originally Trolltech) in January 2006. He is responsible for Qt Software's professional services organization (PSO). Karsten manages all aspects of training, support, engineering integration and consultancy services. Karsten has over ten years of experience in various management positions in the mobile and embedded devices industry. He comes to Qt Software from his former role as Vice President Next Generation and Vice President Software at Siemens Mobile Device, where he was also managing the global business of introducing a portfolio of highly innovative products. Karsten holds a PhD. in computer science from University of Karlsruhe, Germany. A German national, he lives between Oslo, Beijing, Palo Alto, Brisbane and Munich. |

Juha Seppä - Director, Trolltech Integration Juha Seppä is responsible for integration of Qt Software to Nokia. He is leading a team of experts whose responsibility is to ensure successful and smooth operation of Qt Software as a unit within Nokia. With sixteen years of experience within Nokia, and through holding key roles in R&D, marketing, business development, network design, sales and terminal software platforms business, Juha Seppä has developed broad understanding of the mobile business. Juha Seppä received Master of Science degree in software engineering in 1994 at Tampere University of Technology, Finland. His leisure time interests include various sporting activities with his two children, home cinema, and reading. |

Knut Stålen, Director of Finance Knut Stålen joined Qt Software (originally Trolltech) in January 2001. He is responsible for Qt Software's finances worldwide. Knut has wide experience of finance with an international focus. He has worked for a number of companies, including a one year posting to China where he built up the finance and logistic functions for a factory in Ningxia. He graduated from the Norwegian School of Management BI. He lives in Oslo with his wife and children. |

Sven Kinden Iversen, Director of HR and Administration Sven Kinden Iversen joined Qt Software (originally Trolltech) in August 2005. Sven manages recruitment, organizational and personnel development within Qt Software, as well as having the responsibility for IT and administration. Sven has 20 years years of experience within human resources, corporate internal audit and executive search. He is a graduate from the Norwegian Naval Academy. Sven lives in Oslo. |

Mika Rytkönen, Director, Program Management Mika Rytkönen is responsible for Program Management in Qt SW unit. He is heading a team of Qt SW program managers. Qt programs are ensuring that product releases are are delivered with right quality and features set at right time to the market. He has worked in Nokia sixteen years and has hold various roles in software development and management. His career includes various R&D positions including GSM network, GPRS&HSCSD mobile technologies, Symbian and S60. In addition to R&D roles, he has working experience in Nokia Networks manufacturing unit. At that time, his was responsible for providing global support and management of technology transfer projects in scope of factory logistics system. Before joining to Qt SW, he was involved in Nokia cross-platform SW strategy creation and execution. Mika Rytkönen holds a M.Sc. in computer science from the University of Oulu, Finland and MBA from the Helsinki School of Economics. Mika is a father of two daughters and keen on golfing, reading and wondering. His motto is “5L’s to success – Live, Love, Learn, Listen and Laugh.” He lives in Helsinki, Finland. |

Chuck Piercey, Director of Business Development Chuck joined Qt Software (originally Trolltech) in August 2007 serving as VP Product Management at Qt Software's offices in Redwood City, CA. Mr. Piercey comes to Qt Software from his position as Senior Director at Business Objects Labs in France. He is a seasoned executive skilled at leading cross-functional team to deliver innovative products. He has extensive experience in strategy, marketing, business management and product management for highly technical software and hardware products. Chuck has a B.A. from Stanford University and a MBA from Anderson School of Management. He currently resides with his familiy in Silicon Valley. |

Juha Latvala, Director, Product Management Juha Latvala is responsible for Qt SW product content management and roadmapping. Previously he has worked in product management roles in Device Experiences unit as well as technology and software management roles in Enterprise Solutions business unit. He has a background in application & service creation for devices like E71, E66, E61i, E61 smartphones and 9300 & 9500 communicators. He joined Nokia in 2002. Juha holds an M.Sc degree in software development and digital technologies from Tampere University of Technology as well as an MBA in General Management from Helsinki School of Economics. His leisure time activities include sports, home cinema, and reading. Juha lives with his wife and two year old son in Tampere, Finland and will move to Oslo with his family in March 2009. |

| Cathrine Bore, General Councel Cathrine Bore joined Qt Software (originally Trolltech) in December 2000. She is responsible for overseeing Qt Software's worldwide legal work, and serves as secretary to the Qt Software Unit Board of Directors. Prior to joining Qt Software, she worked at Storebrand Investments, where her main responsibility was helping to establish international presence for Storebrand's socially responsible investment products. Before that, she worked with research at an executive search firm. Cathrine's experience includes computer software contract and license agreement drafting and negotiation, intellectual property rights strategy and management, as well as general corporate law. In her free time, she volunteers for Youth for Understanding, an international youth exchange organization, where she has served as National Chairman as well as member of its International Advisory Council. Cathrine graduated with a law degree from University of Oslo, Norway, with special focus on information technology law and EU law. |
