Software Engineer Support, Oslo - Norway

We are looking for software engineers with excellent customer care skills to join our highly motivated support team. As an engineer in support, you will be in the unique position to use your software development experience to help and advise our users, professional C++ and Java developers working for our high-profile customers, with the usage of our products. You will work on the source code level of our products, and you will learn how they are designed and how to use them efficiently. The support service in Trolltech is known for its high quality. This position reports to the Support Manager in Oslo.

Product Manager- Developer Tools - Norway

The Product Manager-Developer Tools is responsible for contributing to product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering, summarizing and prioritizing detailed product and customer requirements, helping define the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager's job also includes helping ensure that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals. The position is located primarily in Oslo, Norway alternatively in Berlin, Germany.
