Trolltech is a very social company, and it is easy to get to know your co-workers. We arrange several different social events for the employees throughout the year.

We have at least four main events in the course of the year, which are the annual Cabin Trip in February/March, Summer Party in June, Family Day at Tusenfryd (amusement park in Oslo) in August and Christmas Party in November/December. In addition we have what we call a Trollday every year. This is a day mixed with both work related and non-work related activities and fun. These events are considered highly important for the company and its employees and have contributed to a great, healthy and joyful working environment.

Trolltech also has a social committee, which arrange both sports and social activities for the employees. Each Thursday, for example, you can play football with other Trolls in a rented hall, and during wintertime Trolltech sponsors ski cards for those Trolls who are interested in skiing. It is only the imagination that stops us from getting together to socialize or do activities; some Trolls even go climbing each week. The social committee arrange other social events as well like go carting, school-sports day ect.   

As many other Norwegian companies, Trolltech has Lønningspils (Payday-beer) on the first Friday after payday (20^th each month). This is held different places nearby the office. The employees also often meet on their spare time to go to the movies, go out for dinner or a drink, and often the whole company is invited to the parties that are being held by the employees. 

You will not be bored working at Trolltech with all the social Trolls!
