New Motif migration capability.

Teleplan's ASTRIX is a large application for administering and allocating radio frequencies. It was originally written in Motif. The company wanted to modernize it to take advantage of Qt's clean API and object orientation -- but they did not want to rewrite it entirely. Qt's new QMotif functionality lets legacy Motif widgets (in this case the large map display) coexist with with Qt widgets (the rest of the GUI) in the same application.
