Trolltech ASA

On January 28, 2008, Nokia and Trolltech announced that they have had entered into an agreement that Nokia will make a public voluntary offer to acquire Trolltech. Nokia will offer NOK 16 per share in cash. The board of directors of Trolltech unanimously recommended that its shareholders accept Nokia's Offer.

Holders of 98.9 % of Trolltech’s issued shares and votes have as of April 2, 2008 accepted the Offer. In relation to the 90 % minimum acceptance condition, Nokia confirms that this condition has now been fulfilled.
