Trolltech delivered revenues of NOK 218 million in 2007

Announcing Q4 2007 financial results

Oslo, Norway, 22 February - 2008 - Trolltech® announced the financial results for the fourth quarter 2007. Trolltech ASA generated revenues of NOK 57 million in the fourth quarter 2007. Full year revenue growth was up with 25 percent. The growth was primarily driven by the sales of the Qt® and Qtopia® software.

Due to a weaker USD and lower than expected runtime license fees Trolltech’s full year revenue growth fell below the very high growth rates reported for the past three years. While the Qt and Qtopia development platform business continues to grow steadily, the revenue from the Qtopia royalty business is less predictable, as growth to a higher degree is dependent on the shipment of phones and devices from its main customers.

Trolltech’s operating costs remained under control and there was, as planned, a stable growth of employees to support the increased customer base of over 5000 customers.
