Changes Qt Jambi 4.3.1_01

Qt Jambi 4.3.1_01 is a patch release, containing bug fixes and an
upgrade to Qt 4.3.1. It maintains both forward and backwards
compatibility (source and binary) with Qt Jambi 4.3.0_01.

 * Java objects that are serializable via java.io.Serializable can now
   be saved / restored via QVariant, such as being saved in a
   QSettings object.

   set to true/false, deciding if native binaries should be unpacked
   from .jar files every time the app is launched or if they should be

 * Some QPainter methods would crash when being passed null pointers.

 * Opening a QPainter on a QAbstractScrollArea now gives a runtime

 * Automatically insert "qt_system_libs" in Qt Jambi projects to avoid
