Changes Qt Jambi 4.4.2_01

Qt Jambi 4.4.2_01 is a patch release, containing bug fixes and an
upgrade to Qt 4.4.2. It maintains both forward and backwards
compatibility (source and binary) with Qt Jambi 4.4.0_01.

 * Webstart would on some webstart versions download the binaries
   twice. This is fixed for Linux and Windows. On Mac OS X, it is
   fixed for webstart versions 12.0.0 and earlier, while 12.1.0 still
   downloads twice.

 * Removed md5 checksum logic from .jar based deployment as it does
   more harm than good.

 * Interface types would sometimes crash when passed as QVariants,
   e.g. QGraphicsItem::itemChange.

 * Signal emittion forwarding from C++ would failed for some template
   arguments.

 * Fixed some threading issues with the internal caches.

 * Implement fetching primary keys in the JDBC driver.

 * .jar based deployment now supports directories with spaces in them
