The QSA Open Source Edition is provided with no support and no warranty.

The QSA Open Source Edition is provided under the GNU General Public License, GPL. This specifies that you may freely use QSA for:

• Running Open Source/GPL Licensed software developed by others
• Development of open source/non-proprietary software

If you are receiving a salary to write software, or if you plan to commercialize the software you are writing with Qt and QSA, you must use a commercial version of Qt and QSA. Please refer to the Open Source Downloads info page for reasons why.

Qt Script for Applications can be purchased for development of commercial/proprietary software. If you wish to evaluate QSA for commercial use, please fill out the Evaluate Qt Script for Applications form, or contact sales.

QSA is archived in gzipped tar format. The archive contains the complete source code with reference documentation and examples.

Please note that QSA 1.1.5 works with Qt 3.x and depends on Qt version 3.1.2 or later, and that QSA 1.2.2 depends on Qt version 4.0.1 or later.

Patch for Qt Assistant

Patch for Qt Assistant shipped with Qt 3.2.3. Patch is needed for Qt 3.2.3 to install QSA documentation on Mac OS X and X11.
