Can I use Task Tracker to get technical support for your products?

Answer:

Task Tracker is a tool to find and monitor existing bug reports and feature requests. To get assistance with product usage you need a valid support contract. Check this link for more information about Trolltech's Support and Maintenance service.

Task Tracker might however be useful to find out if something you would like to report is already known to Trolltech, and save you some time writing a mail to Trolltech.
