How do I get a Task Tracker account?

Answer:

At the moment, all customers with an active support contract have an account for Task Tracker. The user name and password for logging into Task Tracker will be the same as that issued for access to the distribution server.

In the future, we plan to provide an account system that allows anybody to create an account.
