The resolution explains why a task is in a certain state. Possible resolutions are

  • Fixed
Work on the task is finished - the bug is fixed, or the suggestion is implemented

  • Duplicate
The task is a duplicate of another task
  • Won't Fix
The bug is confirmed, but won't be fixed (i.e. bug only in an unmaintained product version, bug cannot be fixed without breaking binary compatability, or a non critical bug in a product version that will not be developed further)
