The following members form the basis of the Qtopia Greensuite Initiative.

Torch Mobile Iris Browser

Torch Mobile’s Iris Browser is a WebKit based browser for devices of virtually any size screen and with constrained resources. It renders the vast majority of all web sites and can also be used as a high performance platform for local web applications, AJAX/Web 2.0 integration and dynamic user interfaces. Its core rendering engine is entirely independent from upper application and user-interface layers, which can be customized to meet specific requirements.

sunSun Java™ Wireless Client
The Sun Java Wireless Client is based on Java ME technology and provides a Java runtime environment based on JSR 185, Java Technologies for the Wireless Industry (JTWI). It includes the Connected Limited Device Con-figuration Hotspot Implementation (CLDC 1.1, JSR 139), Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP, JSR 118), and Wireless Messaging API (WMA, JSR 120). Additionally,  Sun has pre-integrated all of the MSA-Subset JSRs, and a complete MSA compliant stack is available on request.

Jataayu logoJataayu® WAP 2.0 stack
Jataayu’s Wireless Application Protocol 2.0 protocol suite is compliant to OMA WAP 2.0 specification. It has been deployed in many mobile phones world-wide and constantly checked for interoperability on various networks and WAP gateways. The protocol suite implements: WAP Datagram Protocol (WDP), Wireless Transaction Protocol (WTP, transaction support with reliable request/response), and Wireless Session Protocol (WSP).

Beep ScienceBeep Science® DRM Agent
Beep Science’s DRM Agent integration enables Digital Rights Management based on Open Mobile Alliance industry standard (OMA DRM 1.0 and 2.0). It also enables content copyright protection in mobile phones and secures interoperability requirements between devices and the operators’ OMA DRM enabled services.

Picsel® File Viewer
Picsel’s File Viewer allows users to view office documents without any “synchronization” or conversion. Supported formats include Microsoft® Word, PowerPoint® and Excel®, Adobe® PDF and commonly used image standards. Extensive user interface features includes zooming and panning functionality which facilitates easy examination of document detail as well as full page document views.

Zi CorporationZi® eZiText® Input Methods
Zi eZiText is integrated for alphabetic and non-alphabetic languages, and includes cutting-edge features such as word completion, dual language prediction and next word prediction. Predictive text entry and handwriting recognition technologies are embedded in Qtopia and feature adaptive learning, personal dictionary and contextual ranking, further enhancing the UI. Supported Chinese input methods with prediction include: phonetic input systems Pinyin and Bopomofo/Zhuyin, stroke input, and character pen-input. eZiType® with auto-correction on QWERTY is also available.

Real logoHelix™ DNA Media Client
Helix DNA Client is a universal digital media framework for device manufactures that want to build their own multimedia enabled application or devices. The integration in Greensuite provides media functionality for all applications, including the Qtopia media player.

Arphic logoArphic Mobile Font Engine
Arphic Mobile Font is a compact and performant font engine supporting both scalable and fixed fonts at high display quality.

For all partner integrations, Greensuite delivery includes binaries for x86® and Greenphone ARM®. Qtopia Greensuite source code is included for selected partner integrations.
